Gillian Kearns is a dedicated Early Childhood educator with a wealth of experience spanning the primary education and child protection sectors. With a strong focus on fostering collaboration and improving relationships and outcomes, Gillian has made a significant impact throughout her career. Gillian’s passion lies in supporting adults and young people to work together harmoniously, promoting a positive and inclusive environment. She is also co-founder of Neuropride Ireland, Ireland’s only national cross-neurodivergency Disabled Persons Organisation. She is multiply Neurodivergent including a PDA profile.

Our PDA training is designed to give you an in-depth understanding of your Autistic pupils with a PDA profile so that you can reframe your thinking on autism and provide a more inclusive learning and social environment in your school. AUsome Training is fully Autistic-led. That means that our training offers you the perspective of Autistic people which is often unfortunately lacking. We pride ourselves on platforming different views and perspectives and staying up to date with current research and thinking.
