Who can access the course I purchase? Access is limited to you, the subscriber. If you are interested in our corporate packages then email us [email protected]
Corporate packages are for staff training for any amount over one subscriber. This means that if you are purchasing a course to use for training then you need to contact us to arrange a corporate rate. Access is limited to the subscriber, which means access is for one person.
All materials are the intellectual property of Ausome Training and should not be used by any third party for any purposes. Materials or any portion of them should not appear anywhere online and may not be shared with third parties.
Each course and event comes with a Certification on completion. Once you have completed the course or event you will be able to download your certificate.
You will receive your welcome email and online AUsome Training login details to access your course content within 48 hours of subscribing.
Refunds for live events Cancellations up to one week prior to the first date of the course will be entitled to full refund less 15 % administration fee. Cancellations after one week prior to the start date may be eligible to transfer their place to another course at the discretion of the organisers.
Refunds for digital products and on-demand courses: Due to the nature of these products we cannot refund for these products with the exception of duplicate orders.
AUsome Training reserves the right to delete, edit or update courses and talks. Our courses are based on previous customer feedback so we welcome you to contact us [email protected] should you for any reason be dissatisfied with our content. If you are satisfied then we would love to hear from you also!
