Sandra is a neurodiverse affirming psychologist who provides counselling and assessment services for adults and children.
I am a New York and New Jersey licensed clinical psychologist and am authorized to provide telehealth in all 39 PSYPACT participating states. I see a wide variety of clients ranging in age from childhood through adulthood. In all cases my goal in therapy is to help individuals manage life challenges by building on unique strengths and moving towards personal values. I aspire to be neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA affirming, and culturally responsive. I believe strongly that our world benefits from diversity of all kinds. The goal is not to be more like others but to be our best selves. Our work together will be guided by your strengths and driven by your values.
Spark for Life Psychology is a neuroaffirming practice committed to helping children, teens, adults, and families understand their unique neurotypes and create lives where they can truly thrive. We provide a warm, respectful space for exploring neurodiversity and offer comprehensive assessments for Autism, ADHD, FASD, learning profiles, and intellectual disability. Our therapy supports emotional wellbeing, regulation, identity, and relationships, using evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, mindfulness, Theraplay, DBT-informed strategies, and Collaborative & Proactive Solutions.
At Spark for Life, we work in partnership with families to build understanding, connection, and confidence. In addition to clinical work, we are passionate about developing the next generation of psychologists. We provide supervision for provisional psychologists, registrars in the Educational & Developmental pathways, and fully registered psychologists, with a strong focus on neuroaffirming, reflective, and evidence-informed practice.
I’m an AuDHD therapist based in Australia, offering online therapeutic support for neurodivergent children, young people, and adults. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-tranformative, and deeply affirming of neurodivergent ways of being. I also support parents through my Navigating Neurodivergence sessions—providing guidance, insight, and encouragement as they walk alongside their ND children. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I bring lived experience, professional expertise, and a heartfelt commitment to helping others unmask, feel safe, and thrive.
Autistic psychologist, former school psychologist for almost 15 years in public schools, and parent to two AuDHD girls; providing fiercely ND-affirming, anti-behaviorist direct support, consultation and training to families and organizations in pursuit of autistic and otherwise neurodivergent liberation and well-being.
