I’m an AuDHD therapist based in Australia, offering online therapeutic support for neurodivergent children, young people, and adults. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-tranformative, and deeply affirming of neurodivergent ways of being. I also support parents through my Navigating Neurodivergence sessions—providing guidance, insight, and encouragement as they walk alongside their ND children. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I bring lived experience, professional expertise, and a heartfelt commitment to helping others unmask, feel safe, and thrive.
Hello! I’m Indre, a late-diagnosed autistic psychologist 💙
I provide one-to-one support for autistic adults and their loved ones. My work is based on a person centered, neuroaffirmative approach: I help people understand and embrace their authentic autistic selves and improve their quality of life. Having lived abroad, I also support international clients who feel different in multiple ways.

In supporting parents of neurodivergent children there is still widespread misunderstanding about the various conditions this term includes and in some cases harmful prejudices leave parents anxious about starting an assessment or receiving a diagnosis. I aim to help you make sense of your feelings and work out how to support the emotional needs of your child as they learn to celebrate their uniqueness
