My name is Leone Holden. I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and a member of the Irish council for Psychotherapy (ICP). I hold a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I worked for 18 years in Adult Disability Services. I have recently completed a 6-month training with AUsome to become a neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapist as this is an area I feel passionate about. A neurodiversity-affirming approach to therapy, is one that respects autistic/AuDHD client’s communication styles, sensory needs and promotes a positive autistic identity.
