I’m a late-diagnosed autistic person with a passion for making small differences for my autistic community. Whether it’s helping parents understand their children, or giving someone company in the street during a child’s meltdown and barking at judgy bystanders. When not doing this, I’m working on co-production panels and reminding our public services that they need to do better for autistic people.
I am a psychodynamic-trained psychotherapist (DBS MA), IACP-accredited, and NeuroAfferming-certified. I am lucky to have connected with many diverse clients. My practice is centred on supporting these clients in discovering their autonomy, building trust in themselves and their abilities, and encouraging growth and self-awareness. We work together, developing the capacity to cope with many challenges from the past and present. My philosophy is one of openness, centred around creating a safe, trusting and nurturing relationship that empowers individuals to explore their inner self.
