Hello! Iām Indre, a late-diagnosed autistic psychologist š
I provide one-to-one support for autistic adults and their loved ones. My work is based on a person centered, neuroaffirmative approach: I help people understand and embrace their authentic autistic selves and improve their quality of life.
I have also experienced depression and burnout, so I combine my lived experience with professional and research knowledge to guide you on your journey toward thriving.
I live in Lithuania, but I offer online services worldwide. I also have international experience: alongside my psychology degrees in Lithuania, I studied PgCert Inclusion (Autistic Adults) at the University of Birmingham and spent another year there completing internship supporting autistic adults. This gave me deeper understanding of what it means to feel ādifferentā in multiple ways. This enables me to support international clients who live abroad and may feel like outsidersānot only because of their neurodivergent identity but also due to cultural differences.
I offer online consultations through Zoom or any other platform that feels comfortable for you.
Price: ā¬45 / Ā£40 per session
Duration: 50ā60 minutes
Youāre welcome to book a free 15-minute chat first ā a chance to meet me and see if working together feels right before starting regular sessions.
You can choose between a single session, short-term support (up to 10 sessions), or longer-term work (10+ sessions). If youāre looking for deeper changes and lasting support, regular sessions are usually the best fit.
