I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and Autism. While I’m neurotypical myself, I consider myself a committed neurodiversity advocate and work with a high proportion of neurodivergent individuals in my practice.
My approach is affirming, respectful, and tailored to each person’s unique way of experiencing the world. I support clients with a range of challenges, including burnout, anxiety, self-care, assertiveness, boundary-setting, identity exploration, and building confidence. Together, we work to foster greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and effective ways of navigating relationships and daily life.
I also offer support at any stage of the diagnostic journey — whether you’re considering an assessment, going through the process, or adjusting post-diagnosis.
