Our therapy supports emotional wellbeing, regulation, identity, and relationships, using evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, mindfulness, Theraplay, DBT-informed strategies, and Collaborative & Proactive Solutions.
At Spark for Life, we work in partnership with families to build understanding, connection, and confidence.
