If you have competed one of our professional courses (eg: Dawn, Cothu, Get Konnected) then please feel free to add your details to the directory by clicking the button below.
I’m a late-diagnosed autistic person with a passion for making small differences for my autistic community. Whether it’s helping parents understand their children, or giving someone company in the street during a child’s meltdown and barking at judgy bystanders. When not doing this, I’m working on co-production panels and reminding our public services that they need to do better for autistic people.
Choosing a counsellor isn’t easy, especially with just a picture (no, I don’t know what that expression is either, but I hate having my photo taken and it was the best I could do!), some qualifications and a few sentences to go on, but hopefully this will give you a better idea if I’m the right one for you!
I’m warm, friendly & down to earth. I’m neither mystical nor aloof & am committed to building a relationship with you that allows you to be open, honest & feel safe enough to explore yourself, your world & your problems.
I’m a fully qualified, experienced, Person-centred Counsellor and am a Senior Accredited Member of the BACP. Over the years, I have worked as a counsellor in fourteen different settings, including the NHS, third sector organisations, Employee Assistance Programmes & in colleges and schools.
I have worked with people on a very wide range of issues, including: general anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, family & relationship problems, depression, abuse, racism, LGBTQI+ issues, problems at work or university, bereavement, and issues around neurodiversity (I am autistic myself!).
I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health services. I offer personalized therapeutic treatments tailored to meet the unique therapeutic needs of each client. My services include adult psychotherapy, child and adolescent psychotherapy, neuro-affirming psychotherapy for neurodivergent clients, and therapy for eating disorders and obesity.
My integrative approach ensures the highest quality of care, helping you achieve your personal goals and improve your overall quality of life.
I have a First Class Honours Masters in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, a First Class Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, an MA in Child and Adolescent Integrative Psychotherapy, a Master Practitioner Programme in Eating Disorders and Obesity Diploma and a Professional Certificate for professionals supporting Autistic clients. I have worked in a number of roles as a psychotherapist which has enabled me to acquire valuable experience ( Pieta House, NEDRC, Trinity Comprehensive Secondary School, Jigsaw).

While we periodically review each directory member, we make no guarantees that therapists will follow our practice guidelines. We highly recommend that the public do their own investigations and due diligence before engaging with a therapy provider.
