Who can access the course I purchase?
Access is limited to you, the subscriber. Your course should or password to you account should not be shared with third parties. The course you purchase is exclusively for your private use. The only exception to this is Thrive Program for schools which is for the use of all school staff. If you are interested in our corporate packages then email us hello@ausometraining.com.
Corporate packages are for staff training for any amount over one subscriber. This means that if you are purchasing a course to use for training then you need to contact us to arrange a corporate rate. Access is limited to the subscriber, which means access is for one person.
All materials are the intellectual property of Ausome Training and should not be used by any third party for any purposes. Materials or any portion of them should not appear anywhere online and may not be shared with third parties.
AUsome Training has the right to investigate any violation of this agreement.
Each course and event comes with a Certification on completion. Once you have completed the course or event you will be able to download your certificate.
You will receive your welcome email and online AUsome Training login details to access your course content within 48 hours of subscribing. Your course will always be accessible in your account under “my courses”.
Refunds for live events
Cancellations up to one week prior to the first date of the course will be entitled to full refund less 15 % administration fee. Cancellations after one week prior to the start date may be eligible to transfer their place to another course at the discretion of the organisers.
Should the organiser, AUsome Training have to cancel or postpone a live event then the customer will be contacted and given an option of a full refund or a transfer to the new dates. The remedy will be decided upon within 14 days.
AUsome Training reserves the right to make changes to event line-ups and presenters.

Due to the nature of these products we cannot refund for these products with the exception of duplicate orders.
AUsome Training reserves the right to delete, edit or update courses and talks. Our courses are based on previous customer feedback so we welcome you to contact us hello@ausometraining.com should you for any reason be dissatisfied with our content. If you are satisfied then we would love to hear from you also!

Missed Time Policy for Live Online Courses
1. If someone is going to be missing a day or part of a day, we will record the session(s) they are missing so that they can watch the recording and write up a 1,000-word summary of their understanding of the issues covered. The recording is only made available to the participant(s) who have missed the time.
2. No more than a total of 1.5 days (for DAWN) or 1 day (for GET KONNECTED) out of the whole course can be missed and compensated for in this way. Any further days missed have to be attended next time the course is run, in order to complete the course.
